Passionate about technique, curious about new technologies, and the permanent search for solutions and improvements, for better efficiency, I oriented my studies towards an engineering school and focused my energy, with determination and desire, until ‘upon graduation.
That I was able to take advantage of during several intense and pragmatic experiences, with heart and enthusiasm, in various positions of responsibility, in the chain of a company ; Commercial, Projects, Methods, Industrialization, Production, Quality, Suppliers, for 28 years, in fields as diverse as ; Aeronautics, Space, Automotive, special engines, Watchmaking Manufactures, Precious materials, …
And anxious to establish a climate of trust, respect, between the various members of any project team, or company, because very aware of the importance of communication and the style of Management, I had the desire develop this aspect, through several training courses, then by becoming a certified member of the Impulsion Consulting group, in 2020, and be able to offer effective tools and training that are simpler, more understandable, easier to apply by any manager or director(tress) of human resources.
Able to adapt to any type of business, in size and organization, I bring my expertise in industrial strategy and performance improvement, taking into account the culture of each company and its history.
